This Privacy Policy explains how Super Age(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use The Standard by Super Age(the “Service”), available at standard.superage.com. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Your name and email address, provided when you create an account or sign in (including via Google). Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk.
- Profile & health inputs. Information you enter during onboarding and in your profile, such as date of birth, sex, height, weight, training frequency, equipment, and activity level, used to personalize your training and assessments.
- Activity data. Your workouts, assessment results, habits, progress, and related in-app actions.
- Usage & device data. Analytics about how you use the Service (pages viewed, features used, approximate location, device and browser type), collected through our analytics provider.
- Cookies & similar technologies. Used to keep you signed in and to understand and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, personalize, and maintain the Service.
- Generate your training roadmap, assessments, and progress.
- Authenticate you and secure your account.
- Communicate with you about the Service.
- Analyze usage to improve features and performance.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Clerk — authentication and account management.
- Google — when you choose to sign in with Google.
- MongoDB Atlas — database storage.
- PostHog — product analytics.
- DigitalOcean — application hosting.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see “Your Rights”).
5. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update much of your profile information directly in the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. International Users
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
