Aerobic Capacity Assessment

The Cooper Test is a 12-minute maximal-effort run. The user runs as far as possible in 12 minutes, records total distance, and The Standard converts that distance to an estimated VO2 max (ml/kg/min), then scores it as an age- and sex-relative percentile. Alternate input: Users who have a recent lab-measured VO2 max or wearable estimate can enter it directly, bypassing the distance → VO2 conversion.
